Offered through Flow Yoga in HHK, NJ these 25-hour workshops are on various yoga and spiritual teachings. These workshops are open to all students and yoga teachers. If you’ve already completed your 200-hour certification, the workshop will count as hours towards the 300-hour certification at Flow Yoga, or 25 hours of continuing ed through Yoga Alliance.
